What are the BI challenges

The BI must allow a company to control and analyze its activity on one hand, and on the other hand to anticipate and to adapt to its market. The BI technologies evolution answers to these requirements, and more than that it is useful for all the company employees thus the entire organization can serve the corporate strategy.
The management must be able to steer the business performance and also must be able to refine its strategy development. For this they should have at their disposal the performance indicators and dashboards. These tools should enable them to be alerted and take appropriate decisions.

The operational forces (Sales, Services ...) must be able to generate reports on their activities in order to be most organized towards the client, to monitor and to improve their efficiency and to allocate optimally the resources.
